AI Readiness Scan

When you complete the AI Readiness Scan and submit the gate form, we collect:

  • Contact information: full name, business email address, company name, job title, and optionally your phone number.
  • Scan responses: your answers to the 15 scan questions across five dimensions (Data Foundation, Technology & Infrastructure, People & Skills, Culture & Decision-Making, Governance & Strategy).
  • Calculated scores: dimension scores, overall score, and maturity level derived from your answers.

Contact Form

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, and the message you provide.

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, standard technical data may be collected by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected through the AI Readiness Scan for the following purposes:

  • Report generation: Your scan responses and company name are sent to a secure AI service (Azure AI Foundry, hosted in the EU) to generate a personalised AI Readiness Report.
  • Delivering your report: The generated PDF report is emailed to the business email address you provided, via Azure Communication Services.
  • Internal follow-up: Your contact details, scan scores, and individual answers are sent as a notification to our team so we can offer relevant follow-up, such as scheduling a consultation.
  • Improving our services: We may use aggregated, anonymised scan data to improve the scan methodology and our service offerings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:

  • Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry): to generate the personalised report text. Data is processed in the EU region.
  • Microsoft Azure (Communication Services): to send the report email to you and notifications to our team.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

4. Data Retention

Scan data and contact information are retained in our email systems for the purpose of follow-up and relationship management. We do not store your data in a separate database. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our records within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Our backend services run on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure (Microsoft Azure).

6. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your data.
